Muneeb Rashid Malik is an accomplished Advocate who practices law in various Indian judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Common High Court for Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, as well as several specialized tribunals. His legal expertise spans across Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, and Insolvency Law. Muneeb is an avid writer with more than 90 publications in the field of law and frequently delivers lectures at law schools nationwide.
In addition to his legal practice, Muneeb has also worked as counsel at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India for two years, representing the firm before various courts and tribunals. He has authored a booklet on "Dishonour of Cheques," published by Law & Justice Publishing Co. Muneeb sir has also actively participated in the adjudication of International and National Moot Court Competitions, Client Counselling Competitions, Negotiation Competitions, Mediation Competitions, and Trial Advocacy Competitions.
